控制高血壓的運動

哪些運動最有利於控制高血壓?

 

我最初的想法是,有氧運動效果最好,但我現在想知道,像舉重這樣的運動是否可能具有更長遠的益處。

    I think aerobics would be great and so would classes like zumba or tai chi. Join a gym and they'll probably have loads there.

    If is the low level of high blood pressure that I think swimming is good for that.

    But also need to talk to doctors before doing exercise, I know that some people might have a walk or table tennis.
