    Light exercise such as walking will help regulate your bp. But walking isnt a fix all. eatting what is called a Mediterranean deit is key. Most people are eating fast foods because its easy after a hard days work. Causeing most of us to not have enough/too much vitamins and minerals in our bodies leading to not only high bp but a whole host of other health problems.
