疼痛會導致高血壓嗎?

自從車禍導致頭部受傷,左眼失明後,我就一直飽受偏頭痛的折磨。我曾多次因此去急診室就診。每次偏頭痛發作時,我的血壓都會很高。當醫生治療我的頭痛時,我的血壓會下降一些,雖然不能完全降下來,但至少不會那麼高了。然而,當醫生治療血壓時,頭痛卻依然存在。我看過的醫生總是要花六個月的時間來控制我的血壓,即使我抱怨頭痛也是如此。他們嘗試了各種不同的藥物,但都無濟於事,我的血壓始終無法降到160以下。我認為他們應該同時治療疼痛和血壓,但我畢竟是人,他們是醫生。
