I appreciate the picture here! I think living a generally healthy lifestyle is the way to go. Things like eating the right food, getting sleep, regular exercise, and limiting stressors within your life. Hope this helps! ☺️
Better eating habits and exercise. Just by walking everyday for 1hr should help. Plus we can earn coins is a bonus!
From what I know, you have to eat less fatty and unhealthy food. Also, doing regular exercise will help prevent high blood pressure.
20.22 - Avoid salty foods to keep BP low. Lots of sodium raises one's blood pressure.

There are many things that we have control of in order to prevent high blood pressure. Eating healthy as in less meat, more fruits and vegetables, exercising, managing your stress, and avoid smoking and minimizing alcohol consumption. There is also the hereditary part of it but should focus on things you can control.
