    Eating sale with high blood pressure is not good anyway, not recommended. But punk salt is healthier.

    I think any salt is not good for high blood pressure. Using less salt is the better way.

    You can use pink salt but that too in low amount.

Pink Himalayan salt has less sodium per teaspoon compared to table salt but still contributes to overall sodium intake. The best approach is to reduce sodium intake overall and consider salt alternatives or herbs and spices for seasoning.
