求求你們了！誰來幫幫我！我剛得了重感冒，鼻子痛得要命，呼吸困難，睡不著覺！而且來得真不是時候，我剛開始…每月我感冒很嚴重。還有！我女兒週一開學，我們明天早上見她的老師。我覺得很煎熬，用了臉部除濕器想把汗都擠出來，一直蜷縮著，太累了！我還吃了感冒藥。平時我也用蜂蜜加熱水漱口。

Can you get a saline nose spray? I find it really helps clear the sinuses and you can do it as often as you need to. It always helps me
