我的帳號被無故封禁已經一年多了，沒有任何警告或理由。帳號裡有超過19000枚金幣，但都無法使用。我不知道該怎麼辦，我透過電子郵件聯繫了Cash Walk客服，並提供了多頁的證明資料，但從未得到任何人工幫助。請問我該如何恢復我的帳號？謝謝。

One year?? I did get my account suspended while I was overseas. Took me two months of emailing them 2-3 times a week to get my unlocked. I also went on Apple Store and put a bad review.. I thought 2 months was bad but a year is ridiculous.. sorry for you.
