觀看廣告後未收到雙倍獎勵的問題

尊敬的 Cashwalk 支援團隊,

 

我最近為了獲得雙倍獎勵而觀看了應用程式內廣告。然而,看完整個廣告後,我並沒有收到承諾的雙倍獎勵。

 

能否請您調查一下這個問題,並告訴我為什麼獎勵沒有發放?如果能發放缺失的獎勵,或解決這個問題,防止以後再發生,我將不勝感激。

    The cashwalk customer support does not monitor the feeds. You would have to email them. They do take awhile to respond, if at all. So if they don't respond within a few days I have personally found that leaving a 1 star review on the playstore outlining what is going on is the fastest way to receive support.
