My husband has better ones than me but I like in ear headphones for when I'm walking as I can take one out so I can hear cars etc

Noise canceling headphones really help me with sensory overload all the time

It really helps me, my eldest daughter is autistic and she loves her noise cancelling headphones, it's prevented a few meltdowns so far.
