Never had Pho with cinnamon in it myself
在新開的餐廳吃了越南河粉。
這次的湯味道很不一樣，好像加了肉桂，香味很濃。
有人知道這是正常現象嗎？我覺得這家店的越南粉味道和其他店很不一樣。

It is rare beef. After being submerged into the broth, it becomes cooked a bit.
