I redeemed 2 days ago I believe. It looks like there are other users who also can't redeem so its probably that they are raising the required points again because that's typically what happens

It keeps asking me to verify and it's the same number on my account but I keep getting this error message. I've been trying for over a year now to redeem. No response in the past 6 months and I've sent dozens of emails.

I received that error message once. I tried again right away and then it worked for me.

I have had problems too but I noticed that when I try early in the mornings I usually don't have a problem
