For a simple yet seriously tasty meal, you can’t go wrong with chilli spaghetti with garlic and parsley. Fry sliced garlic and chilli (as much as you like!) in plenty of olive oil until softened, then fold in cooked spaghetti, along with plenty of chopped parsley. I eat it once a week. 😊
