我的獎勵一直沒有到賬，狀態一直卡在「處理中」。在我的8月27日訂單處理完畢之前，我無法兌換任何獎勵！請問有什麼辦法可以解決這個問題嗎？

    The same thing is happening to me, over 2 weeks of "processing".  I have emailed support multiple times with no response.
