Hi. I had same issue. Send screen shot of 'phone number is already verified' through 'contact us' on app. And ask to delete old account using ur phone number. They will delete old account and you can use the phone number on new app.
我之前的帳號裡有帳戶。在新手機上存了4000金幣後，我想兌換禮品卡，但係統提示我已經驗證過手機號碼了。所以我刪除了舊手機上的應用，但還是不行。我該怎麼辦？
