Coin/redeeming problem

Yo I saved up 7,000 coins last year and when I tried redeeming it said I was suspended. Now it's been a YEAR but Customer Support will not respond at all and they won't let me redeem. I have no problems on why I am suspended. I'm losing thousands of coins from expiring BECAUSE I CANT USE THEM! please help me
