Homemade Gluten-free Chocolate Peanut Butter Freezer Candy
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped or chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (more oily the better)
3 tablespoons Wedderspoon Manuka Honey
4 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1/2 teaspoons sea salt
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, add the dark chocolate and peanut butter and melt over medium to medium/low heat
- Stir the chocolate mixture until fully melted then remove from heat and add in the honey and mix again
- Add in the flaxseed and stir well to combine
- Pour into a bread pan lined with parchment paper (makes for easier removable) then spread evenly
- If you’d like to swirl peanut butter, add 5 teaspoons of peanut butter across the bread pan then swirl with a knife or toothpick
- Sprinkle sea salt on top and add to freezer for 1 hour to set
Notes:
*Fudge will stay good in freezer for 2 months
