優質食用油

 

我已經好幾年沒用植物油和廉價橄欖油做菜了。現在我用的是優質橄欖油、芝麻油,有時也用椰子油、優質奶油和酥油。我發現食物的味道有了顯著的提升。每種油都有其獨特的風味。我喜歡用橄欖油烤麵包,用酥油做爆米花,用芝麻油炒菜和裝飾。

    I've using EVOL and avocado oil a lot. I keep coconut oil around as well. I'll have to try ghee for popcorn. I love butter flavor.

      Ghee will add that butter flavor without sogging up the popcorn, and it also has a higher smoke point so you can use it to pop the kernels as well (inadvisable to pop with normal butter)
