M5 心肺週末主要做了有氧運動。我在跑步機上跑了4.5英哩(約7.2公里),而且是坡度跑。流汗的感覺真不錯😅

    4.5 miles is impressive! I could never do that I always get off the treadmill after 1 mile haha. My go to is weight lifting and strength exercises but I know I should do more cardio
