不良姿勢

最近我脖子和背都會痛。我覺得是因為我的姿勢不好。用電腦或手機的時候姿勢不對,就會覺得脖子和肩膀疼痛。而且我睡覺的時候喜歡趴睡而不是仰臥,所以背也痛。

 

我認為伸展運動可能有助於減輕我的症狀,但我只喜歡健行。

 

最近我一直很擔心這個問題…

    I have this problem as well, my mom makes me do these “wall sit” for 5 mins at a time where I go up to a wall and slide down it until I can bend my knees at a 90 degree angle and then hold that position for a few minutes. It really helps my back and it might help you as well!
