Cashing out?

I see everyone having a problem cashing out. I cashed out last night and got my reward right away. Right in my rewards menu. Added it right to my account on Amazon. So I don't know why everyone else seems to be having a problem. I have never had to wait for my rewards. They were always there the second I cashed out.
