Scratch and win lotteries not working for 3days

So first the goal post for a £5 gift card goes up to an impossible amount, then they don't pay you for the games you complete ( I'm owed 4530 points) and then the scratch and win lotteries don't work,. It makes me wonder if this company actually do want customers
