Some good home equipment is getting yourself some dumbells or just weights. These are great because you could just lift weights 100 times and it's still more effective than cardio. The reason is because the more your muscle grows, the more cals you burn. Resistance bands are good too because it's almost like weights. You use your muscles to pull the resistance weight. It's also easier and fun to use.
