I have each 4kg of weight for my arm exercise. Ordered these from Amazon and it’s been helpful. I try to use it atleast 4 times a week for 15mins. Simply put in a YouTube video on your television for arm exercise and follow the instructor. It may seem like less effort but with time, you will come to realise that it actually helps. The first 2weeks of starting will hurt but trust the process and stay consistency. It helps me especially as I don’t get to use the gym in summer, I still incorporate some weight lifting while running.
