Cycling machine

Hi all. I am in love with this machine. As i am in the uk and the weather is always bad. So it stop me going outside for excise.  This machine allows me to cycle in the house while watching tv. And the good thing is i can do it at any time. Like 10 mins before bed. Is does promote  better night sleep too.
