Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add bell peppers, broccoli, and garlic. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Return chicken to the skillet. Stir in soy sauce and honey.
  4. Add cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
  5. Serve over cooked rice.
