I am not a good cook. It is a running joke in my house. I hate preparing food: I don't understand what to do so I have to look up how to do a lot, I get inpatient and turn the heat up too high and burn things, my memory is truly terrible so I forget what I am doing or leave things setting out and then they are spoiled... the list goes on.
But every now and then I venture into the scariest room in the house, my kitchen, and attempt to throw something together. This concoction was not planned but seems to work. I started with homemade protein waffles (already made by my SO), added peanut butter and mashed bananas, then topped a few of the waffles with sugar free chocolate chips. Hopefully no one ends up needing a doctor 🤞
