昨天我詢問了人們對起司的看法，似乎也有不少人不太喜歡它！
就我個人而言，我喜歡它原味和作為配料，所以我想分享一個我覺得即使是反對奶酪的人也可能喜歡的食譜——奶酪芝士蛋糕！
只需一顆雞蛋，幾茶匙玉米澱粉，半盒起司（約150克）和一匙夸克（其他濃稠優格之類的也可以，但我最喜歡夸克），攪拌至順滑——就可以做成兩個小蛋糕了。如果你跟我一樣懶，可以先用微波爐加熱3次，每次1分鐘，再用微波爐加熱2次，每次30分鐘，就夠了，哈哈。不過一定要放涼 :')
我最喜歡的是上面放一些藍莓~。

I dont like it very much but i add it to a baked egg omlette sometimes cause its healthy and high in protein

yes, it was cottage cheese by brand Milbona! With Exquisa brand it works too but I like Milbona's more
