M16啤酒鴨

將鴨子洗淨切塊,在一鍋冷水中加入薑,煮沸後放入鴨子汆燙水,撈出瀝乾水分,鍋中熱油,放入鴨肉翻炒,去除多餘的油。

 

另取一口新煎鍋,放入2瓣蒜、適量白洋蔥、1顆八角、一小塊肉桂和薑,煸炒出香味,放入鴨肉,再加一匙醬油繼續翻炒。

 

倒入啤酒,不要超過鴨子的量,加入少許醋,以大火煮沸,轉小火,蓋上蓋子慢燉至鴨肉軟爛。

 

打開鍋蓋,確保鍋裡還剩一半的湯,加入馬鈴薯塊、蘑菇,開大火煮沸,然後轉小火繼續蓋上鍋蓋燉菜。
