烤豬肉（m13）

 

我花了12美元買了一塊1.8公斤的帶骨豬裡肌肉，醃製後煮熟，然後在烤箱裡烤了30分鐘。肉質軟嫩，口感很好，可能是因為它是豬肉的緣故吧。

      When boiling meat, add soy sauce, beer, ginger, garlic, pepper, honey, red wine, onion, and bay leaf and boil. Then, add a spoonful of vinegar and reduce the remaining water to make a sauce.
