    I also have lamb and chicken liver sometimes because they contain high vitamins B.

    It is so high in nutrients, it can cause an overdose on some, especially vitamin A. So be careful! Beans are also high in B vitamins, and any animal product has vitamin B-12, which you don't need very much of. More isn't always better, you want a balance.
