義大利麵,但不是意麵

我一兩年前第一次嘗試了義大利麵瓜,就愛上了它!如果烹飪得當,它的口感真的和普通意大利麵很像,而且幾乎沒有味道,所以是一種很棒的低碳水化合物替代品。

 

我通常會搭配肉醬義大利麵,但偶爾也會用雞肉或蝦仁代替番茄底料做成阿爾弗雷多醬。

      It's really good, Jay. The hardest part is cutting the squash in half so you can bake it.
