我姊姊為我們做了韓式雜菜(japchae),就是用馬鈴薯澱粉做的麵條。做法很簡單,先把牛肉、甜椒、香菇、雞蛋和菠菜用芝麻油炒香,然後加入麵條,再淋上醬油、糖和蒜蓉。這是我最喜歡的韓國料理之一。
