I love on a farm with no gym close by to me, so I use the great outdoors as my gym! It's open 24/7, free to attend, and I can bring friends with me anytime for no cost and no limit to how many or how often.
In warm seasons I walk, jog, bicycle, hike, chop wood, and kayak for cardio. In winter I walk, cross country ski, and chop wood for cardio.
I can do strength training anytime and anywhere. I do body weight exercises or use block of tree/firewood.
The great outdoors gym also comes with the added been benefits of sunshine for vitamin d and fresh air for my lungs!
