我想鍛鍊核心肌群/腹肌。請問有什麼簡單的練習推薦嗎?

    63- planks are an easy and quick fix that u wouldn't think does much but added to a daily routine will show great benefits. Maybe Google 30 day plank challenge and start like that

    Crunches may be a good place to start but make sure you are using good form
