無重量肌力訓練

我只是暫時住在這裡,所以我不想買太重的健身器材。我確實想做一些肌力訓練,也想用一些阻力帶。大家還有其他不用器械的居家肌力訓練推薦嗎?

    There are lots of bodyweight exercises you can do! I'm working up to pushups, and I do squats, and deadlifts with heavy stuff.

    I recommend straps/rings that attach over a door. They are very versatile, I like doing inverted rows with them.

    Body weight exercises! You can look up routines on Google or find videos on YouTube for free. Also yoga could be relaxing and help to train flexibility!
