我有時會和同學一起打羽毛球,或是在家做瑜珈。我大多數的朋友更喜歡去健身房或游泳。有什麼推薦的居家健身方式嗎?

    What are your goals? You could start with calisthenics. Very little equipment is needed as you are relying on your own bodyweight to grain strength and mobility!

    Dance will definitely work and it's fun! Diet is important too. Cut down on some calories, reducing some sugars and fats can help. Good luck!!

      Yep I always cut down the sugar and salt for mg dishes.
