#3 lost kitty

A photo of a little kitty my brother and I helped reunite with owners.. 6/7 weeks old, no chip 😓, owners had him a week apparently. Covered in fleas, was so upsetting. My neighbour helped bath him and clean him up, they brought their sibling with them and the same issues. Really upsets me..
