感恩日記(M15)

感恩日記

感恩日記是一種個人日記,你可以定期記錄自己感恩的事。這種做法屬於正向心理學,通常被稱為「數算自己的幸福」。它的目的是專注於生活中的正面,這些方面可以是簡單的快樂,例如陽光明媚的日子或一頓美餐,也可以是更重要的事件或對你的生活產生影響的人。

 

透過持續關注這些正面的經歷,你可以轉變思維方式,更加珍惜並留意身邊的美好事物。這會帶來許多好處,例如改善心理健康、改善睡眠品質、鞏固人際關係。

 

以下是有三件事令我感激。

 

1)我感謝父母無條件的愛,在我需要他們的時候他們總是陪在我身邊。

2)我很感激能嫁給我最好的朋友和我一生摯愛。

3)我非常感激我的兒子成長為現在這樣的男人,並為此感到自豪。

    I absolutely love the idea of a gratitude journal! Focusing on the positive aspects of life and expressing gratitude can be incredibly powerful in shifting one's mindset and improving mental health.
    
    For me, there are 3 things I am truly grateful for every day:
    
    1. The love and support of my family and friends, who have always been there for me through thick and thin.
    2. Having a roof over my head and food on the table, which are basic necessities that many people in the world do not have access to.
    3. Having the opportunity to pursue my passions and explore new things every day.
