My pre workout I try very often are fruits. I eat banana, orange or Apple about 50 min before my training. Fruits will naturally bust ypur performance to the higher level. It will give you quick boost of energy needed for exercises. Fruits not only give you energy from sugar they have also plenty of vitamins and minerals which support your health.
Do not forget to during plenty of water during exercises.
