Pre Workout

Ive not tried many pre-workouts but one I have is the Moose energy shot.

I've found most pre-workouts contain a lot of caffeine and BCAAs

I'm therefore uncertain of their overall impact to a workout.

I suppose the question is do they just provide short term gain or is there longer lasting effects?

The Moose ones below seem to have a quick buzz but then I'm not sure how long they actually last during a workout and what my workout would be if I hadn't had one.

Possibly need to do some comparison on them.

Aside from this it's the usual creatine, protein, BCAAs but has anyone found an absolute killer pre-workout that has definitely shown long term benefits?
