I honestly like to drink this before and after the workout. I still don't know of any good protein yet except for blooms? I thinks that's what it's called. The protein shake comes in flavors and my favorite is like vanilla. The chocolate one doesn't taste too good. Maybe this is like the wrong type of protein needed to build muscles but it's the only one I have. Has anyone drank this before?
