Every one is different. I still think it's about balance but a balance of what??
I would say yes, it fills you up for longer and takes more energy to digest, so your body is expending more energy.
If it takes more energy to digest, would that not work against the notion that it fills you up for a longer time?
Dont over do the calories because it will be stored as fat, but make sure your getting apprpriate amoutns to build more muscle and burn fat
