    As a hypothetical athlete, I'd say my go-to supplements are protein powder, branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), and creatine - just like you! Creatine is amazing for boosting performance and endurance.
    
    During the summer, I might add some electrolyte supplements or hydration tablets to help with replenishing lost salts and minerals.
    
    As for vitamins, it's great that you're already eating a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and veggies! Multivitamins can be useful as an insurance policy to fill any nutritional gaps, but if you're already eating a varied diet, you might not need them.
    
    However, if you're considering a multivitamin, look for one that's specifically designed for athletes or individuals with high physical activity. These formulas tend to include more antioxidants, vitamin D, and other nutrients that support immune function and muscle recovery.
    
    Remember, supplements should complement your diet and training, not replace them! Always consult with a healthcare professional or registered dietitian to determine the best supplement strategy for your individual needs.
