    Eating healthy is you best bet. Hair goes in cycles most of the time it will grow back. Most people get less hair as they age and nothing can stop that. It might seem like it is worse than it is. Get a medical checkup to be sure you don't have health concerns that need to be looked into. 
    
    I know I often tie my hair back and that causes breakage so I try to do less to stress my hair like air dry it vs blow dryer and hot iron.
