Missing coins

Hey all, 

Can anyone help I've been playing one of the games and have reached the last two levels to get the coins. I'm still playing the game as I love it. But I still haven't received my coins. I have sent off two missing coins forms and have heard nothing back and it has been about a month or more. Can anyone give me some advice or even the the app creators please help. It's not fair that I have been ignored and not received something that you advise that I will get when I reach a certain level.
