Ideal co-parenting

I had three people come to me earlier to have a document drawn up and notarized. It was a mother, another gentleman that has stepped up into the father role, and his girlfriend. The mother wanted the guy and girlfriend to have equal guardianship and parental rights between the three of them officially on paper. 

What was terrific about the whole thing was how engaged they were on the children's behave talking about the kids activities, not only for the summer but the school year

 How each want to be there for the kids, contribute equally financially and support them. It was like they were long time besties (don't know or want to know their history. Not my job), but it was refreshing to see the partnership and working hand in hand with one another with no tension.
