Crashed lost everything again

Every time I start getting close to 1000 coins my app crashes and wipes everything out. It really hated me today I walked over 4 miles. I had this app years ago and removed. Now I remember. Duh dumb on my part. Also found out today for me to get like the $5 Walmart card it's 5000 C. The same card on a family members phone is only 3000 C.
