我沒有收到禮品卡錢

我買了一張5000金幣的蘋果禮品卡。像往常一樣，我以為能馬上用掉。可是，今天不行！它顯示我的獎勵正在等待處理，而不是禮品卡被發送到獎勵類別。有人知道發生了什麼事嗎？任何幫助或聯繫我都將不勝感激！謝謝
