當你對運動失去興趣時,是什麼激勵你繼續下去?我通常會找各種理由放棄,因為當初重新開始的理由已經不再適用。

    I haven't able to overcome this issue by my own will power and motivation. Its known that willpower is a mental resource that can be used up. I had another person to hype me up so i encourage them to workout together! Would love anyone to chip in their idea!
