是什麼讓你有動力去運動?

對我來說,我真的非常享受運動。這是我難得能做自己的事。我是三個孩子的媽,而且全職工作。我的生活大部分時間都奉獻給了別人,很難找到屬於自己的時間。運動是我的“專屬時間”,我迫不及待地想回到健身房。

    For me, I like it and I can't do without it. It's become an habit, too. And if skip a training day I feel guilty

      The guilt is real! I haven't been to the gym since my car accident. I was also pregnant at that time so I just didn't get back into it because I took so much time away due to being injured in the accident. I feel like I'm rushing trying to get back in, but steady wins the race, right? Haha.
